Fifty years ago, a time capsule was filled, then buried underground. It is finally time to open it! Join us at the North Saint Paul Historical Society and North Star Museum of Boy Scouting & Girl Scouting for a joint event where our museums display the Bicentennial Capsule's contents. To make the occasion even more memorable, we’re turning the block into a full‐on 1970s celebration. Enjoy live music from the Rockin’ Hollywoods playing classic throwbacks, a ‘70s costume contest judged by local business owners, food trucks, street dancing, and plenty of small‐town fun and nostalgia.
